Visit to CIEDix by a delegation from the Regional Secretariat of Education, Science, and Technology under the government of the Autonomous Region of Madeira
On May 9, 2023, the Center for Educational and Digital Innovation (CIEDix) received the visit of Jorge Carvalho, Regional Secretary of Education, Science, and Technology of the regional government of Madeira (Portugal), and José Miguel de Sousa, General Director of DTIM (Regional Association for the Development of Technologies of Madeira), a certified training entity that works to promote the cross-sectional use of ICT in lifelong learning for its partners.
During the visit, collaborations were explored to strengthen the integration of technology in education, thus contributing to the digital transformation of teaching. Both parties shared ideas, strategies, and best practices to boost improvement mechanisms in teaching and learning processes.
